DESCRIPTION: If you have ever asked yourself ‘what is self-care and how do I do it?, ’then this is the session for you. This program will empower attendees to explore strategies for physical and mental wellness and self-care. As most colleges and universities prepare to “return to normal” now that vaccinations are more readily accessible, we will explore what the transition might mean for us as a community of professionals and for our work in experiential learning. The session will largely focus on attendee-generated strategies for self-care, overall wellness, and workplace thriving.
