At the core of our skills and performance
is our ability to learn. Today’s challenging global
environment calls for multifaceted individuals who can
acquire, create, and transfer new knowledge and adapt swiftly
through periods of decline as well as prosperity. While both
individuals and organizations are pressured to increase their
learning capacity to maintain competitive advantage in
tumultuous environments, no single course or program can
provide individuals with all the skills and knowledge they
will need for the rest of their careers. These programs will
help you learn how to learn, understand your learning style,
and share learning with others as a leader, team member,
educator or development professional
