CALL FOR THE NSEE ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND APPLICATIONS

NSEE is pleased to make available an opportunity to apply for a scholarship to the newly established Annual Scholarship Fund. This scholarship will be used to assist:

• Undergraduate and Graduate students in EE to attend the NSEE Conference including conference panel/poster session presentations
• Undergraduate and Graduate minority students pursuing field-based research or projects as well as conference travel grants;
• Undergraduate/Graduate student travel grants to attend the NSEE Conference;
• Faculty, including K-12, to support research, community projects and to attend NSEE Pre-Conference workshops in the Professional Development Program

NSEE Annual Scholarship Fund Award recipients must be members in good standing, and the awards will be based upon individual need and committee review. The maximum grant will be $250.00. A maximum of four (4) grants will be awarded.

Dear Colleagues,

To celebrate NSEE's rich leadership, history and legacy in Experiential Education, the Board of Directors proudly announces the creation of an Annual Fund in order to serve the current and future membership. The primary objective of the Fund is to provide limited financial resources in support of the following areas:

• Professional Development for undergraduate/graduate students in Experiential Education by offering national/regional conference travel grants and conference registration assistance including development of and presentation on panel sessions
  
• Professional Development funds for minority undergraduate/graduate students pursuing field based research/projects and conference travel grants
  
• Grant/Scholarship funds to support undergraduate/graduate field based research in Experiential Education
  
• Grant funds to support faculty research in Experiential Education including participation in NSEE's Professional Development Center programs

We encourage you to contribute at a comfortable level to enhance and to celebrate another 40 years of NSEE by making a donation to the Annual Fund prior to or at the Miami Conference. Make a Contribution and you will be recognized at the Conference and your name will appear on the Donor's List to be published in a post Conference Quarterly publication. Please contact any Board member with your questions about the Annual Fund.
